What is Build-Well 350?

Build-Well 350 is all about improving mental health and wellbeing in the construction industry. Our Accreditation programme helps companies show their commitment to mental health by assessing training, resources, employee support, and workplace culture. Based on this, we award Gold, Silver, or Bronze ratings, which are listed in our public database.

Any UK construction company can apply, whether they’re well-established or just starting out. Newer businesses may be assessed with a focus on their future plans and potential.

Membership

The first step towards accreditation, members gain access to a range of creative assets designed to promote their membership, as well as comprehensive guidance to facilitate their pursuit of accreditation and benefits from our Wellbeing Activity Procurement Service.
